Discovering the chef in you
There was a 5 stars chef sleeping in me, just discovered him lately. Since i became almost vegan, the food preparation has never been so fun and quick! Just take a few vegetables with any fiber source, a bit of imagination and theres a new meal! Cooked, boiled, steamed, toasted, whatever! :)
It is so easy to make good dishes with almost anything. Your body tells you what you need, sugars, proteins, fat, just listent to your yourself and read a little :D
Everything pushes me to go in nutrition, i will keep learning about it and most probably start some business in the food chain soon!
